WebFeb 3, 2024 · My cpu fan speeds up and slows down for unnecessary reason . Even when I don't play games or any other heavy application. Mainly when I charge my laptop it starts to ramp up and down. It's very irritating. There is no solution available in internet as of I know. I tried to change advance settings in bios but hp has hidden those advance setting.
