WebParent Promise is a scholarship program which provides a pathway for you to earn a certificate or associate degree in order to pursue a career in an in-demand field of study at no cost to you. Parent Promise will cover any gap between state and federal financial aid at Dallas College to make sure tuition is covered. WebThe President’s Promise Scholarship is an institutional scholarship awarded to freshman and transfer students who meet specific criteria. The scholarship covers all tuition not covered by other grants or scholarships. It will meet 100% of the student’s tuition costs for up to four years for new freshmen or up to two years for new transfer students.
